Earning Server Pro Points

• Customers earn one point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
• Points are calculated based on the total order amount after any discounts or promotions are applied. 
• Points are awarded for the purchase of products, excluding taxes, shipping fees and other non product expenses.

Points Tracking 

• Points earned for each purchase are automatically tracked and credited to the customer’s account. 
• Customers can view their points balance by logging into their account. 
• Points expire after one year.

Points Redemption

• Customers can redeem their points for discounts on future purchases. 
• Points can be redeemed in increments of 10,000 points for a $10 discount. 
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• Points cannot be transferred between customer accounts. 

Refunds 

• If a customer returns a product for which they earn points, the points corresponding to that product’s purchase will be deducted from their point balance. 

Program Changes 

• The e-commerce platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program at any time, with or without notice for any reason. 
• Any changes to the program will be communicated to cutomers through the website or email.
