Place an order online by adding the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and click checkout.
When checking out, ensure that you fill in the complete shipping address and payment details, and place the order. You will receive a confirmation email and a separate email when your items have been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the Australia Post guidelines. Costs may vary from product to product depending on the size and weight. For more information on shipping costs you can visit Australia Post.

Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days for Standard Delivery, and 1-3 business days for Express Delivery. Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking code and you can track your order with Australia Post.

Once you place your order, Server Market will send you a tracking code to track your order online with the Australia Post website or app.

You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing it.
Follow these steps to cancel your order:

- Fill out the corresponding form, and set the ‘Type of enquiry’ to returns, so that we can escalate your query
- Enter your invoice number, this will be in your confirmation email

Earning Server Pro Points
- Customers earn one point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Points are calculated based on the total order amount after any discounts or promotions are applied.
- Points are awarded for the purchase of products, excluding taxes, shipping fees and other non product expenses.
Points Tracking
- Points earned for each purchase are automatically tracked and credited to the customer’s account.
- Customers can view their points balance by logging into their account.
- Points expire after one year.
Points Redemption
- Customers can redeem their points for discounts on future purchases.
- Points can be redeemed in increments of 10,000 points for a $10 discount.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
Refunds
- If a customer returns a product for which they earn points, the points corresponding to that product’s purchase will be deducted from their point balance.
Program Changes
- The e-commerce platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program at any time, with or without notice for any reason.
- Any changes to the program will be communicated to cutomers through the website or email.
